Our company has special designed the Auto Copy Shaping machine with sanding unit based on the high productivity, the effective function, and time-saving. There are 2 specific Sanding units for sanding the flat & profiled furniture and accessories, such as the table plates, chair legs, table legs, etc. In addition, a router bit can be set-up on our HEAVY-DUTY AUTO COPY SHAPING MACHINE WITH PROFILE SANDER as an optional equipment. And the revolving speed of the main spindle can be modified from 9000rpm to 16000rpm. This optional equipment can be applied on first rough copy-shapings. No matter if they are round, oval, rectangular or irregular profiles, all can be roughly copied & shaped out at one time. It can save much time if using BAND SAW for first rough cuttings. It is effective and time-saving for the simple operation in sanding the various profiled surface. 1. HIGH PRODUCTIVITY : Continuously process in a run for cutting and sanding. 2.
