  • Additional feed rollers make feeding problem stock easy.
  • A specially designed gear box provides high torque output accurate transmission and a long service life.
  • COMPREHENSIVE SAFETY FEATURES: - Circuit will break if the cutterhead is touched. - The photocell sensor detects elevation of the entire feeding mechanism. - The end switch allows for convenient machine running tests.

  • FLOATING ROLLERS.
    The pneumatically controlled universal joint under table creates a floating effect, for outstanding smoothness during stock feed. Choice of 4 or 5 floating rollers.
  • INSERTED ALLOY STEEL TABLE
    Eliminating the conventional hard chrome plated table, POM moulders are designed with an inserted table, carbonized and hard chrome treated for dependable maximum wear resistance.
  • MECHANICAL DIGITAL READOUT
    Each spindle is available to be fitted with a mechanical digital readout for accurate spindle setting.

  • FULLY ENCLOSED SPLASH GUARD (Optional)
    The guard not only provides maximum safety protection for the operator, but also reduces noise to a minimum during cutting operations.
  • FULL GROOVE TABLE (Optional)
