The OAV MAX370A edgebander is an industrial-grade solution equipped with a corner rounding unit, delivering premium-quality edge banding results for cabinet doors, system furniture doors, and various panel products. This high-performance machine supports edge band thicknesses up to 3 mm and solid wood edging up to 4 mm. It is equipped with a 1.2 kg glue pot, pre-milling, automatic glue application, end trimming, top and bottom trimming, corner rounding, radius scraping, and buffing functions.
All operations are managed through a touchscreen interface. The PLC parameter system allows users to easily adjust machine functions without relying on operator experience. Numerical settings provide clear guidance, ensuring stable and reliable working conditions that improve product quality while saving time.
