TOUGHMENT
˙ Eliminates the use of lubricator, the table support and the disk are equipped with Toughtment . Manufactured from high tensile copper keep for long service life, these Toughtment also feature maximum wear resistance.
VARIABLE CUTTER FEED SPEED
˙ The machine is equipped with two speed regulator knobs to control the table feed forward and backward speeds.
˙ Variable feed speeds makes the machine suitable for cutting hard and soft wood.
MICRO-SOLID TYPE CUTTER (STANDARD)
1. The machine is standardly furnished wish a solid tungsten carbide tipped(TCT) cutter.
2. The machine is suitable for cutting tenons.

SPINDLE HEAD

1. The spindle head is manufactured from aluminum alloy.

Equipped with steel bearing bushing to avoid bearing loosening which may affect machining accuracy.

2. Steel round rods on spindle slide ways.

3. A mechanical meter provided on the mortise width adjustment mechanism ensures high accuracy adjustment.

4. Nitrogen cylinder supports top cover firmly.

RIGHT AND LEFT TABLE

1. The machine is equipment with two tables at the right and left side allowing two operators to use simultaneously.

2. Table tilts 35˚ at the right and left side.

3. table is elevated by turning a handwheel.

CONTROL PANEL

1. The machine is equipped with a PLC control combined with easy-to-read control panel, providing maximum operational convenience.

2. The right and left mortising mechanisms are individually controlled on the control panel.

3. Cutter oscillation frequency range is displayed on the control panel.
